Journey Kids Trips & Services organize, coordinates and arranges family trips, entertainment activities, tourism experiences and related services. The website allows customers to review the available service details and complete bookings and payments according to the terms and price displayed at the time of booking.

Some activities or services may take place at venues or facilities operated by third parties. In such cases, customers must also comply with the applicable venue or service-provider rules and instructions, including age, safety, admission and facility-use requirements.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued by Journey Kids Trips & Services, or in accordance with the confirmation process stated on the booking page.

Advance booking is required to secure the displayed or special booking price. Availability and the same price cannot be guaranteed for late or same-day bookings.

Prices and details for each trip or activity are displayed on the relevant booking page and may vary depending on the date, day, season, age category or activity conditions.

Any special terms applicable to a particular offer or activity will apply where they are clearly communicated to the customer before the booking is completed.

Customers may request cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip or activity. Cancellations are subject to the cancellation fee stated on the booking page or at the time of booking confirmation.

Bookings cannot be cancelled on the day of the trip or activity. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable unless a specific offer or product expressly states otherwise.

In cases of exceptional circumstances, customers may contact Journey Kids Trips & Services via WhatsApp and explain the situation. Depending on the circumstances, Journey Kids Trips & Services may, on a goodwill basis, consider rescheduling or another appropriate arrangement. Customers will not normally be required to provide documents or evidence unless exceptionally requested for a particular case.

Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting the relevant cancellation fee and any non-refundable amounts associated with the booking, if applicable.

Customers may request to reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip or activity. Rescheduling is subject to availability of the requested new date or time.

Journey Kids Trips & Services does not guarantee availability of the requested new date or time. If the requested alternative is not available, the applicable cancellation terms may apply.

Certain tickets, offers or special bookings may be non-changeable or non-reschedulable. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated before the booking is completed.

Where a ticket or activity is clearly stated to be non-refundable, non-changeable or non-reschedulable, those specific conditions will apply to the relevant booking and are accepted by the customer when completing the purchase.

Customers must comply with the arrival time and instructions applicable to each activity or venue. Late arrival may result in loss of activity time or inability to enter, depending on the venue or service provider's policy.

Customers must comply with any age requirements, adult-companion requirements and other participation conditions stated in the booking details.

The date, venue or details of an activity may occasionally change due to operational circumstances, venue or service-provider instructions, or circumstances beyond Journey Kids Trips & Services' reasonable control.

If a material change or cancellation occurs on the part of Journey Kids Trips & Services or the service provider, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide the available options, which may include rescheduling or a refund depending on the nature of the booking and the circumstances.

The responsibility of Journey Kids Trips & Services is limited to arranging and coordinating bookings and providing the service in accordance with the specifications and details stated in the offer or booking page and confirmed to the customer at the time of booking.

Journey Kids Trips & Services acts as an organizer and booking intermediary between the customer and the venue or activity provider. It does not operate the venue, manage the activity, or directly supervise children or participants while they are at the venue.

Journey Kids Trips & Services does not provide transportation to or from activity venues unless a specific transportation service is expressly included in the booking details.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that Journey Kids Trips & Services is legally required to accept.

Parents, legal guardians and accompanying adults are fully responsible for the safety of the children and minors accompanying them during the trip or activity and for supervising and always monitoring them, including while inside the venue and while using its facilities or participating in activities.

Parents, legal guardians and accompanying adults must ensure that children and minors comply with applicable age requirements, safety rules and the instructions of the venue or activity provider and must intervene when necessary to prevent any conduct that may place the child or any other person at risk.

Parents, legal guardians and accompanying adults are responsible for assessing whether an activity is suitable for the child or participant, including any age, height, physical, health or other requirements or restrictions stated in the booking details.

Journey Kids Trips & Services does not act as a guardian or personal supervisor of children and is not responsible for personally supervising them during the trip, at the venue or while they participate in an activity, without prejudice to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Journey Kids Trips & Services may allow customers who have used our services to submit a review or feedback about their experience. Reviews must be genuine, honest and based on the customer's actual experience and must not contain misleading information, abuse, defamatory content or unlawful material.

By submitting a review, the customer agrees that Journey Kids Trips & Services may publish it on its website and use it for displaying customer experience and promoting its services, while the customer retains ownership of the content of their review.

Journey Kids Trips & Services reserves the right to decline or remove a review that does not comply with these requirements, or to make limited editorial changes that do not alter the essential meaning of the review.

Unless otherwise stated, logos, images, designs, text and other content published on the Journey Kids Trips & Services website are owned by Journey Kids Trips & Services or used with permission and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Customer information will be handled in accordance with the Journey Kids Trips & Services Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

Journey Kids Trips & Services may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website and will apply to bookings made after the effective date of the update, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar, in accordance with applicable law.
